So when I was little, I always looked forward to Christmas eve... We got to open a gift early from our Secret Santa in the family... my dad, jen and i would go shopping and get lunch to celebrate the year. Its the only time during the year that its just me jen and my dad... but this year... its different.
After Christmas with Dustin's family... me and dexter rushed to church when the roads were really slippery... After church we came back and in typical family fashion we stood around the kitchen and ate snacks and drank margs and cracked jokes... oh how I love my family... Dustin went home and then I went to bed and waited for santa...

My artistic perspective shot while waiting to open presents this morning...I got so many amazing gifts this year.. i feel like i don't deserve them! Lots of awesome things for the house... :-) i'll have to update once we hang them!

oh I'm so glad you had a nice Christmas...Mama and Santa do their best to make it special...even when you're all big and grown up. Can't wait to see your new stuff in the house!
