A bittersweet end...

It was an interesting year... and I'm glad to say that it is finally over... I am optimistic for the new year, and I feel like it was a bittersweet end... but with the new year comes weddings and parties and gaining new family members, a new sister, etc. I think back to all the years that have passed and all the people that have left my life throughout those years and all those who have entered it. I am so thankful for everything in my life, and I almost feel undeserving of all the blessings that God has enriched my life with, the people whom I see in my day to day life, and all those I only see once and a while. I hope that this year will bring me some much needed clarity in this hectac life that I live...

Goodbye 2008, goodbye to Grandma T, Jason's brother, Vicki M, goodbye to broken legs and torn muscles, goodbye to anti-depressants, and horrible migranes, heart attacks, miscarriages, hurt feelings, grudges and goodbye to bad health and George Bush.

Hello 2009, you bring me great hope in the year to come, hello to weddings and graduation, hello to wedding plans, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and new last names, hello to plastic surgery, healed muscles, college, and the knowledge that I gained from 2008.

the dining room.... with my new prints! Love it!

Love it too! Your dining room needed those prints. I knew it when I saw them they'd be absolutely perfect.

And amen sister(daughter)! Goodbye to everything bad in 2008...it's a darn good thing Jen got engaged at the end of the year-something happy to end a crappy year.
